I’d like to welcome you to Hollywood GamePlan, my career consulting practice.

During the fifteen years I spent as a Hollywood executive, I honed my ability to recognize and nurture talent. In my role as Vice Present of Steven Spielberg's Amblin Entertainment, as a Comedy Development executive at CBS and at other senior level jobs, I hired, trained and worked with hundreds of writers, directors, producers, actors and executives.

Using this inside knowledge of the business, I was able to co-create three innovative training programs for the entertainment industry. By launching the WGA Showrunner Training Program, the CBS Writers Mentoring Program, and the Assistant Training Program for Television, I've been fortunate to be able to continue helping creative professionals take their careers to the next level - whether they're breaking into Hollywood or becoming the next major power player.

Through Hollywood GamePlan, I work with individuals and groups to give them the tools they need to succeed in Hollywood. In addition to the tools, they receive personalized career strategies and real world mentoring. I am proud to have helped launch the careers of scores of talented professionals and look forward to helping many more.
